Thank you for your interest in booking with Studio Brittany. Before scheduling a call, consultation, or service inquiry, please review the booking policy below. This policy helps keep the process clear, respectful, and organized for everyone involved.
By booking an appointment with Studio Brittany, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointment Types
Studio Brittany offers both free and paid appointment options. Please choose the appointment type that best matches what you need.
Free Discovery Call
The Free Discovery Call is a brief introductory call designed to help us determine whether Studio Brittany is the right fit for your current needs.
This call is best if you are curious about working together but are not completely sure which service makes the most sense yet. We will briefly discuss your business, what you are looking for, and the best next step.
Please note that this is not a strategy session. Detailed recommendations, content ideas, audits, creative direction, or marketing plans are not provided during free discovery calls.
Service Inquiry Call
The Work With Studio Brittany Call is for potential clients who are interested in a specific service, project, or ongoing support.
During this call, we may discuss your goals, current challenges, desired support, project timeline, and whether one of Studio Brittany’s services is a good fit. This is a project inquiry and fit-checking call, not a working strategy session.
If you are looking for specific advice, a content audit, brand feedback, marketing direction, or help solving a creative or technical problem, please book a paid Creative Consultation instead.
Paid Creative Consultation
The Paid Creative Consultation is a focused strategy session designed for clients who want direct feedback, ideas, clarity, and creative problem-solving.
This session may include support with brand messaging, content marketing, social media strategy, website direction, tech tools, offers, digital presence, or other creative business questions.
Please come prepared with any questions, notes, links, screenshots, documents, or examples you would like to discuss. The more context you bring, the more useful the session will be.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid consultations unless otherwise stated.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Once booked, that time is removed from Studio Brittany’s calendar and made unavailable to other clients.
Paid consultations are intended to provide direct creative, strategic, and/or technical guidance during the scheduled session. Payment covers the reserved time, preparation when applicable, and the consultation itself.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link provided in your booking confirmation email or contact Studio Brittany as soon as possible.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be guaranteed and are handled at Studio Brittany’s discretion.
We understand that life happens, calendars rebel, and sometimes the day simply chooses violence. That said, advance notice is always appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Free calls may be canceled at any time, but at least 24 hours’ notice is appreciated.
Paid consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated.
Paid consultations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and does not cancel or reschedule in advance.
No-shows for free calls may not be rescheduled.
No-shows for paid consultations are non-refundable.
If you are running late, please join the call as soon as you can. Studio Brittany allows a short grace period, but the appointment may still end at the originally scheduled time.
For 15-minute calls, a grace period of 5 minutes is allowed.
For longer calls and paid consultations, a grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
If you arrive after the grace period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show depending on the circumstances.
Late Arrival Policy
Please make every effort to arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid disrupting other appointments. Additional time is not guaranteed.
For paid consultations, late arrival does not reduce the session fee.
Scope of Free Calls
Free calls are limited to introductions, project inquiries, service fit, and next-step recommendations.
Free calls do not include:
Content audits
Brand audits
Website reviews
Social media reviews
Custom marketing plans
Creative direction
Tech troubleshooting
Strategic recommendations
Copywriting, editing, or content planning
Those services require a paid consultation or a booked Studio Brittany service.
This boundary exists so free calls stay useful and focused without turning into a surprise unpaid strategy session wearing a tiny fake mustache.
Scope of Paid Consultations
Paid consultations are designed to provide focused support during the scheduled session. Depending on your needs, this may include strategy, feedback, brainstorming, planning, review, recommendations, or creative direction.
Paid consultations do not automatically include follow-up work, written deliverables, implementation, copywriting, design work, technical setup, or ongoing support unless specifically stated or agreed upon separately.
Any additional work recommended during the consultation may be quoted separately.
Client Preparation
To get the most out of your appointment, please come prepared.
For free calls, please be ready to briefly share what you do, what you are looking for, and what kind of support you may need.
For paid consultations, please bring any relevant context, questions, links, screenshots, documents, examples, goals, or concerns you want to discuss.
Studio Brittany is happy to help untangle the mess, but we do need access to the yarn.
Meeting Links and Communication
Appointment details, confirmation information, and meeting links will be sent to the email address used during booking.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when scheduling.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Refund Policy
Refunds for paid consultations may be available if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued at Studio Brittany’s discretion and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
Right to Decline or Cancel Appointments
Studio Brittany reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule any appointment that is not aligned with our services, values, policies, or availability.
This includes appointments booked under the wrong category, appointments that require services Studio Brittany does not offer, or appointments that are inappropriate, abusive, unclear, or outside the scope of the selected call type.
If an appointment needs to be canceled by Studio Brittany, you will be notified as soon as possible. If the appointment was paid and Studio Brittany cancels it without rescheduling, a refund will be provided.
Booking Agreement
By booking an appointment with Studio Brittany, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
